At Locke we feel it’s important to get involved with exciting thoughts and fresh starts. This helps us restore and regulate our bodies balance while strengthening resistance to stress and anxiety.
Kicking off this spring season with Stretch Yoga, hosted by Danielle and Sabi.
Exploring precise alignment and mindfulness during these fun and friendly Saturday morning classes.

A dancer turned yogi, Danielle loves to help people find the best version of themselves through yoga, breath awareness, and reformer pilates.
Halfway through her degree in Dance performance, Danielle went to India to study Vinyasa Yoga and Yoga Nidra with the thought of integrating the concepts into her movement studies. While in India, she realised her true passion lay in helping others rediscover the natural joy of being active!
After finishing her degree, she completed her Yoga training, took courses in Mat and Reformer Pilates, and now teaches all three disciplines in studios across London (including, KXU and Ten Chiswick)

Sabi is a London based yoga, dance teacher, life coach and love of all things health and wellness. She has had a passion for movement from a young age.
