Our room keys unlock much more than just a place to sleep: we want Locke to be a place where you can connect with yourself, the community and the planet. Here at Locke, we give people the freedom to stay their way and to travel as they live – which means embodying the sustainable values that are so important to today’s travellers.

Sure, travel isn’t guilt-free. We know we’ve got work to do in protecting our people and planet. But we’re committed to learning and growing so that, together, we can imagine and create a more thoughtful, conscientious way to travel and live like a local.

And we’re not done yet.

We want to understand our impact on the environment, because that’s the only way we can improve. We’re ramping up our data collection, so we can use it as a starting point to set targets and track our progress in reducing resource-consumption and carbon emissions.

Here at Locke, we create communities. We believe our activities can – and should – have a positive impact on everyone in our universe, so we’re working strategically with our stakeholders to make sure we always prioritise the wellbeing of people.

We also know our credibility relies on high standards of governance and transparency. That’s why we’re taking a structured approach to sustainability, so we can objectively and comprehensively monitor and communicate our progress.
