Mixed feelings. Location is great. 3 minute walk to metro and 10 minutes later in city center. Parking at hotel is 10 euro per day which is very reasonable....

We always strive to provide the best possible experience for all of our guests, and your comments are invaluable in helping us improve. Regarding the mezzanine room you stayed in, this particular room type is designed with families in mind, as the second floor has a height of 1.20 meters, making it a cozy and safe sleeping area for children. We understand this may not have been ideal for you, and we do apologize if the layout did not match your expectations. For future reference, we offer many other rooms without a mezzanine and with standard ceiling heights that may suit your preferences better. In terms of parking, we do provide designated drop-off spaces for 15 minutes to facilitate check-in and check-out. Our front desk team is always happy to assist with guidance on where to park nearby. Unfortunately, once guests park outside the property, the hotel has no control or visibility over their parking decisions. In Germany, street parking is regulated by clear signage indicating where and under what circumstances parking is allowed. We would like to clarify that your car was not towed away. Instead, a notice from the police was left as a informative warning regarding parking regulations. We are sorry for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused. While we do our best to guide guests to appropriate parking, the hotel's visibility is limited to the immediate area, and decisions regarding street parking are made by local authorities. Yes, WunderLocke has its own parking on-site, with 163 parking spaces charged at €10 per night. parking is subject to availability and must be booked in advance. Parking can be booked through Live Chat.

On arrival, guests with a parking booking should head to Front Desk to collect a pre coded key card for the car park (which must be returned on departure). Temporary parking is available on arrival in front of the main entrance.  
Once keys are collected, the parking garage is a 400m walk away, and guests should park in their allocated parking spot number.
