Push, pull and sweat your way through a 40-minute workout that will offer you a variety of exercises to improve your strength, boost your cardio and elevate your endurance.
There's nothing quite like a thorough circuit training session to give you that midweek boost. This workout gets your heart rate up and strengthens every muscle in your body at the same time. You’ll move swiftly through 8 exercise stations, performing as many reps as possible in a short period, usually anywhere from 30 seconds and 2 minutes, and then you’ll move on to the next station. This entire full body workout lasts 40 minutes. If you're new to any movements, you’ll be guided through each exercise to ensure you get the most out of it.
