How do I check in and collect my keys?
You'll need to collect your apartment keys from the front desk when you arrive. Our House Hosts will be on hand to welcome you, provide your access key cards (one per person) and any further information you require.
If you've checked in online before you arrive, your check-in process will be much quicker.
Additionally, some Locke hotels* offers self-check in at kiosks located in reception, where you can sort your own key.
You can collect your keys any time after your check-in time (4pm as standard).
*Please note that Eden Locke and Whitworth Locke don't have self-check-in kiosks.
