My promo code isn't working, who should I contact?
If you're having issues applying a promotional code, please check the terms and conditions of the offer or discount, as date restrictions or special conditions may apply.

How do I apply my promo code?
To apply a promotional code, you must enter it when making a booking online. You can apply your promo code directly on the website via our 'Book.' navigation bar after selecting the property you'd like to stay at. If you are still having trouble, please ensure that the dates are valid.
Can I apply a promo code to an existing booking?
Promotional codes can only be applied to new bookings, and can't be added restrospectively after a booking has been processed.
If you've booked on a flexible rate, you are able to cancel your booking up until 24 hours before your scheduled arrival time. If you choose to cancel and rebook to apply a promo code, please note that we can't guarantee availability of the same apartment type, and our rates are subject to fluctation, so they may be different from when you made your original booking.
Can I use my Locke Community promo code on stays over 29 nights?
Yes - our Locke Community promo code is applicable to any length of stay, including stays of 29+ nights and over.
