How do I change or cancel my booking?
How to cancel or amend your booking depends on your booking method, and terms vary.
If you booked directly on the Locke website, please get in touch with us via Live Chat to make the change.
Please note that all non-refundable/non-amendable bookings are strictly non-refundable and non-amendable. At the time of booking, guests are presented with the option to select a non-refundable rate. Once booked, these reservations cannot be changed or cancelled under any circumstances.
If you made your booking via a third party or online travel agency (OTA) and need to cancel or amend your stay, please contact them directly. In this case, the host cancellation policy will apply.
