How often will my apartment be cleaned?

We make sure your apartment gets a weekly refresh. Our goal is to make you feel right at home while respecting your privacy. Your apartment comes fully loaded with everything you need. If you're running low on essentials like dishwasher tablets, towels or need help with rubbish collection, just ask at the front desk.

For those who prefer more frequent cleaning, you can request it for an extra fee, starting from £40 / 40€ / 40 CHF, dependant on your apartment type. Talk to one of our House Hosts at the property, and they'll help you to arrange it. 

Please note that at Locke am Platz, a daily refresh is provided as standard. After seven days, the towels and linens will be replaced, while your room undergoes a proper scrub down. If you don't require a daily cleaning or new linens, please let us know so we can be a little more eco-friendly.
