Our security features and policies include:
- 24-7 manned security team
- CCTV surveillance in public areas
- Aparthotel entrance restricted to guests-only after 11pm
- All apartments have deadlocks, self-closing mechanisms and safes
- All House Hosts are trained on emergency response plans and safety procedures
- Guest ID checks upon arrival and when requesting access keys
