Is there a gym at Bermonds Locke, and what equipment is available?

Bermonds Locke has a small workout studio which is available for guests to use free of charge. We also run regular yoga sessions for groups of around eight, which are led by local yogis and also free for all guests.

Workout equipment includes:

Free run machine
Free weights
Excercise bike
Medicine balls

Please use the equipment safely and considerately. By making a booking, you agree to the Terms & Conditions for the gym - have a look here.

Please note that no visitors are allowed in the gym (even PTs or clients - sorry).
