How can I make my dog more comfortable at Locke?

Our WOOF package comes with treats, a toy, dog bowls, and even a bed if you need it (subject to availability) – all the essentials to keep your furry friend happy. To make your dog feel at home, you could:

• Let them explore their new home when they arrive, so they can get familiar with new scents and surroundings
• Bring home comforts with you, like their favourite toy or blanket
• Try to stick to your usual routine – just like you feel better with regular exercise and healthy meals, so does your dog (even on holiday!)
• Give them plenty of exercise – although our apartments are spacious, they might not be as big as your home, so make sure they have the opportunity to stretch their legs and let off steam
• Never leave them alone – in a new environment, your dog will feel happier with company
• Keep an eye out for unusual behaviours – like pacing or shaking, whining or barking, panting or cowering – that might suggest your dog is stressed
